How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
● Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
● Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options are not available
at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

What is your return policy

It is our hope that every customer will be happy with their purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you are eligible for a refund when you return the merchandise in complete, unused,
and undamaged condition within 15 days of receipt. Once we receive the merchandise, your refund will be issued to the payment method you used to purchase which can take up to 5-10 working days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and for Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, quality issue, etc.) : We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the return is due to a preference-based reason (change of mind, didn’t like it, sizing preference, etc.): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This amount may be deducted from the refund or paid directly depending on the return method provided.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Damage due to shipment must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. While we are not responsible for damage during shipping, we will do our best to replace damaged products if possible. If no replacement is available, we will offer a refund. Please email info@pursyoo.com with a photo of the defective product to begin the process.
